Support policy
Milano includes six months of support from the date of purchase, following the Envato Market support framework. You can extend this period when you buy the theme or at any time afterward through your ThemeForest account.
What support covers
Section titled “What support covers”Bug fixes. Report a problem with Milano and the team will investigate. If the issue comes from the theme itself, you will receive a fix or a workaround.
Setup help. Questions about installing Milano, importing demo content, or configuring the Customizer fall under support. The team will point you to the right settings or documentation page.
Compatibility issues. If Milano conflicts with a current version of WordPress or WooCommerce, support will help you resolve it.
Feature questions. Unsure how a Milano setting works? Ask and the team will explain what it does and when to use it.
Response times
Section titled “Response times”Support requests are handled during business days (Monday to Friday). You will receive a first reply within 48 hours in most cases. Complex issues may take longer to investigate.
What is not covered
Section titled “What is not covered”Custom development. Support does not include building custom features, writing custom CSS, or modifying Milano’s code to match a specific design.
Third-party plugin issues. Problems caused by other plugins (page builders, caching plugins, payment gateways) are not covered. The team may offer general guidance, but fixing the conflict falls to the other plugin’s support.
Server configuration. Hosting setup, PHP version changes, SSL certificates, and server-level caching are your host’s responsibility.
Demo content after edits. Once you change or delete demo content, support cannot restore it. You would need to import the demo again on a fresh install.
Expired support period. After the six-month window ends, you must renew support through ThemeForest before submitting new requests.
How to request support
Section titled “How to request support”- Go to uix.ticksy.com and create an account.
- Submit a new ticket with a clear description of the issue. Include your WordPress version, PHP version, and a link to your site if possible.
You can open a ticket at any time as long as your support license is valid.
Extending support
Section titled “Extending support”You can extend support for an additional six or twelve months at any time. Go to your ThemeForest Downloads page, find Milano, and click Renew Support. The price is listed on the Milano item page.
